The French Connection

This bread uses the same formula and techniques as the top French Bakers, it uses long cool fermentation time and is baked directly on the sole of the oven, it's flavour is something truely exciting.

Sourdough Garlic Bread
Mix together 4 Tlbsp of butter, 1 tsp of crushed garlic, a pinch of mixed herb, a pinch of good quality sea salt.Take 6 slices of Uncle Bobs Sourdough Bread and generously spread garlic butter mix over slices on one side only.Place under grill until golden brown.
