The French Connection 

• For something a little different try our new Parisienne Baguette, either cut in half and open grilled or filled with your favourite fillings. This bread uses the same formula and techniques as the top French Bakers, it uses long cool fermentation time and is baked directly on the sole of the oven, it's flavour is something truely exciting.  

Smoked Salmon on Rye - Bretts Favourite

• Why not try some Uncle Bobs sourdough rye, or our sourdough rye fig, & pistachio topped with a little cream cheese, smoked salmon, and dill.

 

Toasted Spicy Fruit  & Cheese

• For something different, Uncle Bobs Spicy fruit sourdough is one of our most popular breads, try it toasted with Mersey Valley spreadable sharp cheese.

Sourdough Garlic Bread

• Mix together 4 Tlbsp of butter, 1 tsp of crushed garlic, a pinch of mixed herb, a pinch of good quality sea salt.Take 6 slices of Uncle Bobs Sourdough Bread and generously spread garlic butter mix over slices on one side only.Place under grill until golden brown.
